Recipes from Carson Gulley's Seasoning Secrets: Herbs and Spices (1949)

 

Mr. Gulley's 1949 guide to cooking with herbs and species is absolutely delightful!
There are numerous delicious-sounding recipes in the booklet, including Spaghetti & Chop Suey. The receipt for Baked Racoon, however, sounds terrible (for several reasons).
